Job Description

Gilead Community Services is seeking an attentive and recoveryoriented Recovery Care Manager to join our multidisciplinary residential program staff.

About the position:

The Recovery Care Manager for Gileads New Britain area adult residential substance abuse program works T W Th F Sa 4p12aproviding oversight monitoring and intervention as needed in a mens residential substance abuse facility. The individual in this role supports residents in their recovery assists residents in working on program goals completes documentation paperwork and shift notes as necessary and attends closely to the overall program environment to ensure resident compliance and wellbeing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous volunteer or related work experience strongly preferred
  • Must maintain and provide proof of valid drivers license and automobile insurance in good standing
  • Reliable use of personal vehicle as needed

Benefits:

This is a union position and pays $17.5120.69 per hour dependent on level of education.

Responsibilities:

Gilead employees are held to standards and regulations set by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and other regulatory bodies. These standards are outlined in Gileads Standards of Conduct policy. Its important that these standards and regulations are met through all duties performed outcomes achieved and conditions kept within the organization.
