Job Description
Title: Full Stack Engineer Salary: $3500 per month Client Overview: Our client is an educational based technology startup that launched in 2018. They provide educational services to students interested in pursuing a college degree. They have experienced excellent growth and are looking to add a Full Stack Engineer to their team. The leadership team is comprised of former Google and X engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work side by side while making an impact on many students lives. Key Requirements:

3 years experience with PHP and Laravel frameworks -
Strong frontend development skills with JavaScript (Vanilla JS some reactive frameworks) -
Experience with responsive web design and mobilefirst approaches -
Knowledge of REST API design and implementation -
Experience with version control systems (GitHub) -
Familiarity with thirdparty integrations (Twilio Mailgun Stripe or similar) -
Understanding of web application security best practices -
Ability to work alongside team members who prefer backend work -
Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to Have: -
Experience with Zoom SDK or similar video conferencing integrations and technologies (screensharing audio performance latency) -
Knowledge of payment processing systems (Stripe Affirm) -
Experience with realtime communication technologies -
UI/UX sensibilities for improving application design
Primary Responsibilities: -
Develop and maintain frontend components of the Brightfox platform -
Collaborate on improving the Brightfox Video platform (custom JavaScript Zoom SDK) -
Enhance user experience across desktop and mobile web applications -
Implement new features with a focus on design and usability -
Work with existing backend engineer on fullstack features
