Job Description
Job Title: CNC Machinist
Shift: Second
Wage: $1826/Hour Depending on experience
Advance Employment now the JobSquad is hiring on 2nd shift for a Machinist in Grass Lake MI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- set up and operates vertical and/or horizontal milling equipment.
- Linear and contour machines details per layouts direction and/or profile and contour programs.
- Machinist will machine each job to customer standards to the highest quality standards possible within the quoted hours keeping waste to a minimum.
Qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Knowledge and use of measuring equipment and basic blueprint skills.
- Basic knowledge of small machine operation.
- Basic knowledge of tooling being used.
- Excellent organizational analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to read and write in English and preform mathematical calculations.
- Possess a High school diploma or GED
