Job Summary
CNC Programmer/Machinist
Buffalo MN Direct Hire $35 - $40/hour
Position Overview:
Are you passionate about precision innovation and turning ideas into reality Join our team as a CNC Programmer & Machinist where youll be at the forefront of creating high-quality tooling using 3D models and collaborating closely with our engineering team. This is a hands-on role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced quality-driven manufacturing environments.

Duties:
- Program CNC machines for moderately complex projects using 3D CAD models.
- Collaborate directly with our engineering and design teams to bring concepts to life.
- Set up and operate CNC machines as needed to meet production goals.
- Deliver high-quality results while meeting productivity targets and pushing for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues mentor team members and contribute to process enhancements.
- Communicate clearly with peers and leadership to support smooth operations.
- Maintain strong attendance and a professional proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required and a college degree is preferred.
- 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
- 3 years of programming experience with 3D CAD models.
- Proficiency in Mastercam or others.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
