Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $21.00 (minimum) - $26.25 (midpoint) - $31.50 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime
Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $24.11 (minimum) - $30.14 (midpoint) - $36.17 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

What You Will Be Doing
Assist in the set up and operations of machines with little or no supervision and perform required process checks or inspections per the process documentation
Complete paperwork while adhering to record retention requirements.
Utilize basic Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Document nonconforming material according to procedures participate in activities to implement root cause and corrective actions identified.
Adhere to all safety standards regulations and operating procedures.
Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g. serial number) log time look up instructions and blueprints and download programs.
Utilize work instructions set-up sheets and method documents to correctly operate machines and inspect machined parts.
Utilize various gauging equipment to ensure conformance to the engineering specifications and standards through the production run.
Clean and maintain measuring instruments and test equipment and inspect parts for cleanliness (e.g. routed and deburring operations). Operate precision inspection equipment and perform first piece check out when applicable to the job. (In Duarte inspection completed by inspection department.)
Interpret and follow blueprints for proper production task completion.
Perform routed operations of precision close tolerance parts.
Additional Information:
Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity including walking standing or bending; and lifting or moving objects. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
What We Are Looking For
Level 1:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Related work/machining experience or an applicable degree from a trade school is required
Previous CNC machining experience preferred
Level 2:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
2 or more years of experience in CNC machining is required
