We are currently seeking a productive diligent and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our Spa them.
The on target earning potential for this role is 14.00 / per hour comprising a base hourly rate of 11.50 plus a qualified estimate of 2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Youll play an important role in ensuring all spa areas are consistently cleaned maintained and presented to the highest of standards for every guest
- Replenishing areas with clean linen and removing dirty laundry accordingly
- Youll be on hand to respond to guest requests and responsible for maintaining and organising adequate stock of all guest amenities
- Youll carry out pool cleaning maintenance before throughout and at the end of each day confirming Health & Safety checks are complete with equipment and plant running to standard
- Supporting the Reception team when required to always provide excellent guest service
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person were looking for:
- Full training will be provided and therefore specific experience is not required though having experience within a customer service environment would be useful
- You have a keen eye for detail an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation
- Youre a strong team player who has fluent communication in English and comfortable working alone
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard supports each other and above all has fun along the way
