Design develop and deliver training programs based on skill gaps and organizational needs.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify development opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to align T&D strategies with business goals.
**VSA Audits:**
Plan conduct and document VSA audits across departments to identify process improvements.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented following audit findings.
**General HR Responsibilities:**
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations ensuring smooth conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Support performance management processes including goal setting and appraisals.
Maintain HR records ensuring compliance with industry and labor regulations.
Manage payroll processing attendance and leave management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
**Key Skills Required:**
Strong knowledge of Training & Development frameworks.
Experience in conducting VSA audits independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
