Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with mmWave RF and analog integrated circuit design with some experience in mmWave CMOS circuit design.
- Familiar with RF system level analysis and ability to work with system architects to translate system requirements into circuit requirements at an IC level.
- Familiarity with various RF transceiver architectures and their tradeoffs.
- BS and 3 years of relevant industry experience required.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the simulation and design of lumped and distributed passive structures such as CPW lines coupled lines inductors and capacitors.
- Proven experience in analysis design and implementation of RF/mmWave circuits such as lownoise broadband and/or highpower amplifiers as well as mixers and oscillators.
- Understanding of mmWave device modeling; insights into packaging effects integrated antenna arrays supply isolations highfrequency ESD structures and circuit layout for optimum performance.
- Handson experience in highfrequency silicon characterization and debug would be helpful.
- Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 3 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.

- At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135400 and $250600 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
