Were currently seeking a diligent proactive and empathetic Administration Assistant & Intake Coordinator to join our vibrant team in our Brisbane CBD office. What Youll Do:

As the Administration Assistant & Intake Coordinator you will be the face of Acacia Psychology responsible for managing client referrals and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes. Your key duties will include:

  • Client Intake: Efficiently receiving and organising new client referrals and ongoing appointments via phone and email ensuring timely responses.
  • ThirdParty Coordination: Organising and facilitating communication between clients clinicians and external parties including sending reports and other correspondence.
  • Client Care: Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy contributing to the ongoing improvement of patient care.
  • Confidentiality & Ethics: Upholding professional and ethical standards ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with a supportive and skilled team contributing to the growth and development of our services.

  • Experience: While previous administrative experience is a plus were open to anyone with a willingness to learn and grow.
