- Educating Customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Evaluating and maintaining high level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning trust with our Customers
- Enjoys working with people
- Memorizing sales scripts and roleplaying practice
- Documenting sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software from Lead to Work Order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and weekly
- Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities
- Goaloriented selfstarter and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional caring and serviceminded
- Readiness to work with a metricsbased processdriven sales team
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
- Experience using CRM tool and process
- Experience working in base commission environment
