Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customerfocused Property Advisor to join our team. No prior experience is required but proficiency in real estate property management and sales is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills an ability to collaborate effectively within a team and a strong understanding of property market analysis and trends. A bachelor s degree in Business or a related field is required. This role involves staying updated on the real estate market offering expert advice to clients assessing their preferences and financial capabilities facilitating property purchases monitoring deal progress through the CRM system and maintaining strong client relationships postclosing.

Proficiency in sales

Familiarity with property market analysis and trends

Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase agreements protecting the interests of all parties involved.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the closing providing continued insights on products and updates.
