Our client is primarily a site/civil engineering firm which focuses on land development municipal services traffic engineering and landscape design.


Essential Job Functions


Our client is looking to fill a fulltime position for Traffic Designer. As we continue to grow were always in search of fresh new talent so feel free to reach out even if you dont quite match the position requirements. Generally if youre willing to learn were willing to teach you. Essential job functions include:

  • Support traffic manager and designers with traffic engineering design and traffic studies. Traffic engineering design includes traffic signals signaling and striping street/highway lighting maintenance of traffic plans specifications and estimates.

  • Document field conditions and potential project challenges.

  • Coordinate with peers and project managers regarding project progress.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Engineering Technology or related field OR 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with AutoCAD MS Word and MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 5 years of relevant engineering experience

  • Experience with AutoCAD MicroStation Synchro HCS and ArcGIS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors (Preferred)

  • Associates
