We are hiring an Origination Lead Sales & Business Development to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in logistics wholesale trade FMCG distribution shipping or supply chain sectors. While prior experience selling financial products is not required the candidate should have a strong network and a deep understanding of import/export businesses large distributors and supply chain financing needs.
This role is focused on direct sales and deal origination targeting businesses that need working capital solutions. It is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely but requiring onsite presence as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business clients in target industries.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline ensuring consistent deal flow.
Build strong relationships with importers exporters FMCG distributors shipping companies and wholesale traders.
Educate clients on working capital solutions aligning our financing offerings with their business needs.
Close highvalue deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Work independently and be resultsdriven with a focus on revenue generation.
Maintain and update CRM tools tracking leads conversions and sales performance.
Requirements
5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in logistics wholesale trade FMCG distribution shipping or supply chain sectors.
Existing relationships with importers exporters large distributors and key decisionmakers in supply chainheavy businesses.
Strong deal origination and closing experience in a fastpaced environment.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and onsite as required).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to assess sales performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools and datadriven sales tracking.
