- Using the proprietary CMS (content management system) tool building updating and publishing client website content and coordinating with client teams on requirement gathering and clarification. This would include English versions of client website content and other language versions.
- Uploading and publishing media to various media platforms
- Supporting the team in ad hoc projects production of live events supporting stakeholders and managing timelines through production and launch
- Playing a support / backup role within the email marketing vertical
- Carrying out routine quality assurance checks on content and producing reports
- Adhering to all deadlines and escalating potential issues as necessary
- Ensuring programming and projects follow internal policies and procedures and actively seeking any changes in policies
- Working closely with client teams for ongoing development enhancement and management of the CMS and website
- Ongoing maintenance of procedure documentation
- Establishing priorities for self and work concurrently on multiple tasks
- Training other staff members when required to use digital tools and drive adoption through the organization
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a UK shift (IST 11.30am to 8.30pm / 12.30pm to 9.30pm) and hybrid working mechanism.
- A bachelor s degree in information technology Information Systems Marketing (covering Digital Marketing) or related field
- 25 years of relevant work experience in relevant field using content management systems (e.g. DrupalWordPress Optimizely Sitecore)
- Strong proficiency in web development languages HTML/CSS
- Good understanding of websites and basic logic and structure
- Experience working with email marketing tools (Pardot Marketo Eloqua etc) analytical software (GA4/Looker Studio etc. web crawling tools (Screaming Frog) project management tools (Wrike Jira SharePoint) and media platforms (Brightcove) will be considered an added advantage.

- Independently understand client requirements and address them as needed
- Ability to problem solve analyze potential solutions and use good sound judgment to make decisions
- Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a highvolume environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of/interest in capital markets funds and asset management will be an added advantage
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Extensive experience 10+ years) in IT, data science, CXO position in technology, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful data and IT initiatives. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques. Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance regulations. Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
