Job Description
Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design development and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Our products and capabilities are sought after by civilian and military organizations spanning numerous global markets including Aviation Communication Electronic Warfare (EW/ECM/CIED) Industrial Missile/UAV Radar Satcom Space and Test and Measurement. Teledyne Microwave Solutions invests heavily in research and development to maintain the ability to offer the worlds most advanced MW/RF capabilities for current and emerging challenges.
Teledyne Microwave Solutions is looking for an Assembler for Day Shift. This person will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Perform wedge bond gold wire on modules and toplevel assemblies per MILSTD883 specifications.
- Perform ball bond gold wire on modules and toplevel assemblies per MILSTD883 specifications.
- Gap weld gold ribbons using parallel gap and thermocompression techniques.
- Perform Bond Pull destruct and nondestruct per MILSTD883 specifications.
- Perform die shear per MILSTD883 specifications.
- Perform die attach using epoxy goldtin gold germanium and goldsilicon performs.
- Perform substrate attach to carriers using epoxy goldtin goldgermanium and gold silicone performs.
- Perform 100 inprocess inspection at each assigned process step.
- Perform rework as directed by Process Engineering and Supervisor.
- Clean parts using solventbased and plasma cleaning technologies.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform precision manual tasks under a microscope.
- Basic computer skills; Word Excel and Access.
- Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
- Minimum experience 56 years in previous assembly work.
- US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.

Salary Range:
$49300.00$65700.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
