About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team for (1st shift) where precision and quality craftsmanship are paramount. In this role you will assemble machine components by working from technical blueprints using high-quality materials and advanced tools. What Youll Do
Precision Assembly: Build machine parts and components into finished products following blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
Tool Mastery: Use hand tools power tools and assembly equipment to create secure precise assemblies.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow detailed technical instructions to ensure products meet exact specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect test and adjust assembled components to guarantee flawless operation and meet quality standards.
Maintenance Support: Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and promptly report equipment issues to keep production flowing.
Safety Focus: Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside machine operators quality control and supervisors to meet production goals and improve processes.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot assembly challenges contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
12 years experience in mechanical assembly machine shop or manufacturing environments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders.
Proficient with hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative proactive attitude.
Organized with the ability to maintain detailed assembly documentation.
Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or training in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with quality control tools like calipers micrometers and gauges.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement principles.
Experience assembling complex or precision machine components.
