Job Description

- Trim prune and shape trees by removing dead damaged or overgrown branches to promote healthy growth.
- Safely use hand tools chainsaws pole saws and other equipment to complete trimming tasks.
- Assess trees for potential hazards such as weak or unstable limbs and address them as needed.
- Ensure all trimming and pruning work is done according to industry standards and client specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal and team safety during operations.
- Assist in the removal of tree limbs or sections when necessary ensuring proper handling and disposal of debris.
- Previous experience in tree trimming landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work at heights or in challenging conditions (climbing may be required for certain tasks).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials or equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
