You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Workplace Rehabilitation Psychologist you will play a crucial role in helping our clients overcome barriers to returning to work following injury illness or psychological distress. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess individuals needs develop personalized rehabilitation plans keeping the rehabilitation plan on track driving to ensure the successful reintegration of our clients back into the workplace. We have currently had an increase in demand for both same employer and new employer services. Therefore you may be working with clients to identify new employment opportunities goals through vocational counselling and completing vocational assessments. In addition to supporting clients with jobseeking and job placement services to obtain new employment in line with their capacity for work experience and the local labour market. Additionally you will offer counselling education and skillbuilding interventions to enhance clients coping strategies and resilience.
