Job Description
Were looking for a Project Manager Enterprise Systems to join us in Bradford (BD4 on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Director of Implementation Enterprise Systems within Liberty Blume Business Services you will work on strategically aligned finance systems projects. This includes implementing new systems performing upgrades integrating systems and driving internal change programs or process enhancements. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initial definition through to postimplementation review.
You will contribute to the growth of Liberty Blume by refining our delivery models methodologies and client success strategies through continuous iteration of our practices.

What will you be doing
- Project planning and responsibility for overall of activities required.
- Following an appropriate project management methodology ensuring the project conforms to appropriate governance
- Leading project teams both face to face and remotely
- Explain the status of projects to CSuite level and highlight key points for discussion or where a decision is required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal teams and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and the successful of projects.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Considerable experience of leading on strategic business transformation projects.
- Experience working on corporate backoffice and finance system implementation and change activities.
- Experience of working with a Shared Service centre model.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Working in a highpressure environment.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and expectations
Desirable:
- Experience of delivering Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM/SCM Projects.
- Previous telecoms and/or media industry experience.
- Project Management certification such as Prince2/PMP/APM/MSP.

We offer a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week though this may increase based on project requirements. This role will also involve some travel across the UK and potentially to Northern Europe including the Netherlands and Belgium.
