We are looking for a Spanishspeaking Solution Specialist to join a leading tech company in Mlaga Spain. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to clients identifying their business needs and providing tailored technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Work closely with sales technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Conduct presentations product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
- Provide postsales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 and English (B2 or higher) is required.
- Previous experience in a Solution Specialist Presales or Technical Sales role within the tech industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions cloud computing software or related technologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business value for clients.
- Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
