VIP/Concierge Experience
3 years ofVIP or Concierge experience
Excellent attendance history
Great customer service skills
Industry knowledge and travel reservation skills in order to create multisegment multidestination international itineraries
Complete knowledge of international travel requirements to include documentation and immunization requirements
Skilled with Sabre GDS
Minimum four years industry experience
Ability to meet and maintain required performance and productivity standards
Excellent customer service skills for customer follow through and followup
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to promote and embrace a team culture
