HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
Maintains all heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment so the systems operate in a safe clean and efficient manner. Handles emergency repairs and maintenance in plant operations (as required) and after hours emergency repairs throughout the campus (as required) in an expeditious manner to minimize disruption of services to patients. Operates and performs routine maintenance on the chillers and HVAC equipment in a timely cost effective and efficient manner. Performs all the above in an atmosphere conducive to good patient/guest relations good employee relations and support a harmonious teamoriented approach to accomplishing assigned tasks.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate degree (or higher) in heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) or related technical field preferred.
Required Experience:
One 1 year of jobrelated experience required. More than five 5 years of jobrelated experience preferred. Human Resources (HR) may substitute formal postsecondary education in a jobrelated field for required experience on a 1:1 basis.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Section 608 Technician Certification Type Universal.
