The role is responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations for the onpremise based on detailed analysis of market trends consumer behavior competitive landscapes and sales data. This role is the goto for all onpremise reporting and analytics. It plays a crucial role in driving strategic thought leadership to support onpremise growth and profitability of our companys brands and products.
Accountabilities:
Be the goto person for all onpremise insights data reporting and analytics while working crossfunctionally to support project needs
Become an expert in onpremise sales route to market and partner with onpremise sales leadership to optimize
Work across multiple data sources to analyze product trends emerging segments consumer preferences and market shifts
Turn data & insights into meaningful impactful stories by integrating multiple data sources Develop onpremise thought leadership that supports future growth and profitability
Continuously improve the quality of insights reporting and tools for the onpremise to drive impact and efficiencies

Insights presentations and sell sheets
Management and evolution of onpremise technology solutions and processes
3rd party vendor management
Influence:
Collaborate with sales on strategies tailored to portfolio consumer channel or region that directly impacts the RFP process
Collaborate with CLT to drive improvement to DDOT/ tracking
Veto:
This role is more about influencing decisions through insights and recommendations rather than having direct authority to veto decisions
Critical Relationships:
National and Regional OnPremise Account Team CLT ELT Shopper Marketing Brand Consumer Insights OffPremise Category Development
Curating insights Sell Stories/Sheets RFP development Sales Reporting (internal and external) Annual Business Planning tracking
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
Preferably 6 years of proven category insights experience in CPG industry leveraging syndicated scan & household panel data platforms (Circana Nielsen Numerator etc)
Strong technical and data visualization skills utilizing Microsoft Office and other 3rd party software (VIP)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload across multiple stakeholders
PowerBI experience preferred
Previous onpremise experience is a plus

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the jobrelated knowledge skills and experience of the individual.
