Job Description
- FullTime position Wednesday Sunday 8am 4pm

About your new role:
We are seeking a Clinical Nurseto join our dedicated residential team at our 110 bed facility in Salter Point. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership to our team in relation to clinical activities. Youll coordinate the effective assessment planning and delivery of care and services to our residents ensuring the best outcomes for each resident. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and collaborate with our residential care team to deliver personcentered care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Act in an advisory and educational capacity in relation to all aspects of clinical care.
- Oversee correct protocols for infection control throughout the facility.
- Work in accordance with Baptistcares code of conduct.
- Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with work health and safety policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
In order to be successful for this role you will be a Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with their AHPRA registration. You will have proven high levels of clinical competency and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team. To be considered you will also need the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Commitment to providing a customercentric approach.
- Proven high level of clinical competencies with excellent clinical analysis interpretation and planning skills
- Alignment to our Values and Love to See behaviours
- Able to lead and influence others
- Sound understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
