Job Description
Description of the Role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Roanoke Virginia is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for all automotive service needs. This role requires strong communication skills and automotive knowledge to effectively assist customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their automotive service requests and provide appropriate recommendations
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Prepare accurate and detailed service estimates
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and keep customers informed of any delays or changes
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of automotive services parts and accessories
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for automotive service management
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
