Role Summary
The National Manager of Channel Partners / Sales is responsible for leading and expanding the organizations national footprint of independent agent (Channel Partner) with a strategy ensuring strong relationships with existing partners and driving revenue growth by signing new partners and accounts with effective collaboration. This role requires ability to work with equipment and service brokers while managing a Polygon Sales Team. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership relationship management and business development skills to optimize the companys internal sales team and channel partnerships aligning them with overall revenue and growth strategy objectives.
