Operations Supervisor Lloydminster AB
GFL Environmental is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Lloydminster Alberta! If you have strong leadership skills experience in the waste or transportation industry and a passion for operational excellence we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit train and supervise product line personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily routes monitor service completion and address customer concerns.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all CDL driver regulations conduct route observations and promote a strong safety culture.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate driver schedules and optimize resources to enhance productivity.
- Inventory & Reporting: Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and enter operational data into the system daily.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Experience in the waste or transportation industry preferably with truck operations
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
