Job Description
Position: SFDC Business Analyst
Location : Toronto ON
Position : Full time
Note:
Client also offers benefits like medical vision dental life disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays parental leave and sick leave as required by law).
Qualifications:
- Business Analyst/Business System Analyst with 710 years of experience with at least 3 years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a BA
- Good Writing and communication skills with in depth salesforce knowledge.
- Experience in gathering requirements and documentation including testing and Test plan creation.
- Document end to end business process flows and user stories.
- Exposure to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same
- Should be Admin 201 Certified Advanced Admin certification is a Plus
- Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow
- Should be able to understand the Customers implicit and explicit requirements and manage the UAT for the Customer
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues groom the same to the Development Team.
