Job Description
Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location : Toronto ON
Position: Full time
Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with the 45 years of experience.
What were looking for:
- A bachelors degree or higher in a technical discipline business analysis or equivalent education and work experience.
- Should have 46 years of related experience.
- Experience with Strong SQL is mandatory.
- Developer experience an asset but not required.
- Background in proven and emerging architectures/technologies such as SOA web services and cloud computing.
- Solid exposure to multitiered architecture design and implementation.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Previous Insurance Industry experience is an asset.
- Strong creativity in solution design; inventive thinking.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent activities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical facilitation problem solving and organizational skills. Experience leading meetings coordinating deliverables and resolving issues.
- Ability to communicate to both the technical and nontechnical communities.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with functional reporting relationship and global IT.
- A strong desire to keep abreast of new and emerging technologies
