Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Purchase Orders and administrative duties.
- Issuing invoices to customers on a weekly basis and following up with collections and all overdue accounts.
- Preparing outstanding reports to the financial department if customer fails to respond.
- Assist with Purchase Orders Vendor Bills and Payments.
- Expected to follow and maintain procedures for processing receipts/cash and sorting and filing documents after posting.
- Assisting with Estimates Budgets and Forecasts.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports on a weekly basis monthly basis and/or as needed.
- Assist with preparation of fee proposals.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Accounting / Collections.
- College or University degree/diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge QuickBooks is required.
- Highlevel of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Strong relationship management skills are required.
- CPA designation is an asset.
Position Details:
- Type: Fulltime
- Location: Scarborough Ontario
- Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
