Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. In this dynamic role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers helping them with inquiries providing information on products and services and resolving any issues they may encounter. As a Contact Center Representative you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty. You will work in a fastpaced environment where strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls emails and chat inquiries promptly and professionally. You will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. This position offers ample opportunities for growth and development within the company as you will gain valuable experience in customer relations and problemsolving skills. If you are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a passion for helping others we encourage you to apply and become a key member of our customer service team.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to ensure accurate recordkeeping.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customerfocused attitude during all interactions.Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the management team.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role is an asset.Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities.Ability to handle difficult conversations and provide effective solutions under pressure.Proficient in using computer systems and software including CRM tools.Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed.PAYRATE: $21.88 $34.19 Hourly
