You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role offers the opportunity to lead payroll processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider ensuring accuracy compliance and smooth . You will act as a key link between internal teams and external partners handling payroll expat administration and audits while optimizing systems and processes. Additional responsibilities include managing absence cases supporting HR audits and preparing employment documents. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced executivelevel environment and is confident in navigating Swiss labor law and tax regulations.
What You Will Do:
Partnershipbased cooperation with the external payroll provider for payroll accounting (incl. content review of payrollrelated topics final acceptance and problem solving)
Implementation of proper and timely payroll accounting in compliance with all legal and internal regulations
System maintenance and optimization as well as ensuring companyrelated specifications with regard to data quality and compliance
Cooperation with internal interfaces and shared service centers (e.g. payroll accounting team)
Administration of expat payroll in cooperation with external partners
Support for monthly closing
Supporting the HR manager with external and internal audits
Ensuring proper handling of the absence process/longterm sick leave
Creation of employment references HR letters and employment contracts
Contact for employees on payroll accounting and HR issues

What You Will Need:
Above 3 years of professional experience in payroll
Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss tax social security and labour law
Fluent in German and English C1 both written and verbal
Commercial training or completed business studies
Experience in working with international internal and external providers
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Strong teamwork skills customer orientation reliability and handson mentality
Strong affinity for numbers in combination with a solutionoriented and independent way of working
Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage
