Lawyer: Commercial Litigation

About the role:
- Managing and assisting in complex litigation cases across various industries.
- Advising clients on commercial disputes risk management and litigation strategy.
- Drafting pleadings affidavits correspondence and legal submissions.
- Representing clients in court mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on highprofile litigation matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted to practice in Australia with 210 years of PQE in commercial litigation Associate or Senior Associate.
- Strong experience in corporate disputes insolvency class actions and regulatory matters.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and advocacy skills.
- A proactive and clientfocused approach with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a highperforming team.
