Job Summary
Performs functions in support of cold food preparation servery set up and replenishment and customer food service. Performs general sanitation duties mainly in the dish room and pot & pan cleaning area. May be assigned sanitation procedures in related areas of dining hall including kitchen servery dining rooms rest rooms and exteriors.
