- Develop and implement ageappropriate activities that promote growth and development
- Provide individualized care and attention to each child
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Associates degree in ECE/related field or CDA preferred
- Experience working with toddlers in a child care setting
- Patience nurturing attitude and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks
