Key Job Responsibilities:
- Possess skills/ knowledge of audio video network security and automation
- Must have a proven track record of successful installations and sales growth.
- Familiarity with construction design project management workflows.
- Proven ability to be productive while working independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Hit deadlines.
- Underpromise overdeliver mentality.
- Selfstarter and engage with current with prospective clients.
- Computer and clerical experience are a must.
- Physical and virtual; site visits client proposals presentations.
- Required to successfully complete a background check prior to employment. Failure is a deal breaker.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detailed organized and multitask driven.
- Ability to work on multiple incoming and ongoing projects.
- Proficient in all Senior level qualifications
- Assist in training and evaluation of up to Senior level technicians
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 2 years of construction field related experience
- 2 years of directly related work experience and with knowledge of AV systems in residential and commercial applications.
