Job Description
A welcoming primary school in Orpington is looking for an experienced and passionate SENCo to join their team in September 2025. This leadership role offers the chance to guide the inclusion strategy support students with additional needs and make a significant impact on their academic and personal development.
Location: Orpington Kent
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent

The Role:
- Lead the schools SEN provision ensuring all students receive the support they need
- Collaborate with staff parents and external agencies to support students with additional needs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Oversee the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions
What Were Looking For:
- QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to achieve it)!
- Strong experience in leading SEN provision and supporting diverse learners
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- A commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential
