Youve probably heard that its a busy market in Brisbane right now; well it is! After all youre reading this advert.
So now that weve established that youre potentially interested in a new opportunity lets tell you about what were hiring for at Robert Half Brisbane.
Were looking for people to join our team and work to develop & maintain networks within the Brisbane market with people looking to find their next job whether it be contract or permanent.
This is not a clientfacing sales or business development position (well talk more about that in a bit) but rather a position for people who want to work purely with candidates looking for a new position.
Youll be responsible for engaging with active job seekers as well as cultivating relationships with a passive network. Youll work on a desk where youll partner with experienced Consultants who will rely on you to provide them with the best people for the job. This is a crucial position and one where youll work together with our client facing Consultants not for them. Were huge believers in working with a collaborative mindset and that your internal brand is equally as important as your external one.
To deliver effectively youll conduct interviews either facetoface or over video take references post job adverts generate leads about activity in the market; and potentially attend job pickup meetings with your clientfacing colleagues; and provide expert consultative advice to job seekers that youre working with.

Youll have weekly and monthly reviews not just to ensure that youre on track with what wed like you to achieve professionally but also to check in on you personally.
