About Zucca:
Zucca is revolutionizing the F&B CPG commercialization process with AI enhancing critical aspects of new product development from ideation to launch helping brands do so faster and smarter.
As Zuccas first fulltime Product Designer you will drive the design process from concept to shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences. Youll collaborate closely with the founders and engineers to translate complex challenges into elegant usercentric solutions. Were looking for a designer who thinks strategically stays ahead of industry trends and thrives in an iterative fastpaced environment. Youll develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals using research and feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall experience. Additionally you will contribute to the visual design of marketing and brand materials to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints. From product UI/UX to brand storytelling youll bring a cohesive compelling design vision to life.
As a Product Designer at Zucca youll
- Lead endtoend design Own the entire design process from concept to implementation ensuring seamless and thoughtful user experiences.
- Understand users and business needs Deeply research user behaviors pain points and goals to inform design strategy and improve overall experience.
- Solve complex design challenges Balance user needs business objectives and technical constraints to develop intuitive and effective solutions.
- Create innovative frictionless experiences Design intuitive AIpowered interactions that simplify complex workflows in the context of existing processes.
- Translate insights into design Design and build interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate based on feedback and user testing.
- Deliver highquality UI/UX Develop innovative highfidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support brand and marketing efforts Design digital print and physical materials for product launches lifecycle marketing fundraising pitches and external communications.
- Take ownership and influence decisions Lead design projects from concept to implementation that will drive deep engagement and company value props
- Work crossfunctionally Collaborate closely with founders engineers and other teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless usercentered design process.
This job might be for you if you have...
- 6 years of proven experience as a UX/Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Centered Design Visual Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field is a major plus
- Strong expertise in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Framer or similar design tools is a plus.
- Curiosity and a deep understanding of usercentered design principles and industry best practices.
- Strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for typography layout and applying brand consistency throughout product and marketing materials.
- Bias for action in a fastpaced iterative environment; comfortable with ambiguity async collaboration and Slackheavy communication
- A positive problemsolving mindset with a drive to take initiative and work effectively in a team.
- An openness to staying up to date on experimenting with and using highleverage AI design tools
