Frontier Precision is an employeeowned company with over 37 years of experience serving survey mapping engineering construction GIS drones/UAS/unmanned forensics law enforcement forestry water resources mosquito & vector control and natural resources professionals throughout the western United States.
Job duties may include but not be limited to:
- Perform point of sale transactions and be able to assist customers in finding items that meet their needs
- Direct issues support needs and sales leads to relevant person
- Assist sales with prepping new equipment
- Assist sales with rental check out/check in
- Maintain a team mentality to reach regional office territory sales goals
- Facilitate training class requirements in conjunction with training staff
- Process incoming orders provided by sales team
- Provide sales with status of customer orders
- Invoicing/Payments
- Maintain proper inventory levels in showroom and warehouse
- Maintain rental inventory
- Ship out customer orders/ store transfers
- Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate personnel after some investigative questions
- Keep showroom clean and orderly
- Coordinate repairs/cleaning/building maintenance
- Order office supplies
- Receive/process incoming shipments handle office mail
- All other duties as assigned
