Requirements
Candidate Requirements:Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in system engineering, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field Extensive expertise in implementing and configuring supply chain systems Deep understanding of supply chain system concepts and applications Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis, programming, and system integration Strong SQL skills and experience with API integrations Experience in technical writing and requirements documentation Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, system engineering, or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications: Certified SAP Associate, Certified Kinaxis Author, or another Advanced User certification Expert knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, Tulip, and/or Kinaxis Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization Experience with agile methodologies and project management APICS Certification CPIM or CSCP Knowledge of emerging technologies in the supply chain and logistics space (e.g. robotics, IoT, machine learning)
