What you will be doing:
- Embark on title examination adventures from simple parcels to complex commercial properties.
- Analyze a wide array of records including mortgages leases liens and more.
- Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation.
- Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny.
- Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations.
- Utilize cuttingedge online research tools to stay ahead of the game.
Experience you will need:
- 35 years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!.
- A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Sherlock Holmeslevel analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Topnotch communication skills – youll be collaborating with a global team.
