Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. With your dedication and our innovative tools we can work together to create a satisfied customer base and foster longlasting relationships.Responsibilities:Engage with customers through live chat providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive experience.Assist customers in navigating our website and utilizing our services.Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference and improvement.Coordinate with other departments to find solutions to more complex issues that cannot be resolved in chat.Monitor and analyze live chat metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in live chat support or a related field.Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and performance metricsPAYRATE: $20.91 $32.80 Hourly
