Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating essential sales functions including managing sales initiatives and projects organizing webinars and events arranging travel and providing administrative support. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist sales leadership with various administrative tasks as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Develop presentations and conduct background research as needed.
Submit requests for marketing support and IT assistance.
Monitor communication channels and report issues to relevant departments.
Assist with processing reimbursement requests and reconciling eventrelated payments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Field Development:
Webinar and Event Coordination:
Schedule meetings and distribute virtual collaboration links to participants.
Coordinate guest speakers and facilitate the recording and rebroadcast of webinars.
Maintain and manage webinar playlists.
Support event logistics including registration transportation and other necessary arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferably in a direct selling or related industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience working within a multinational and crossfunctional team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Project management experience is an added advantage.
