Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Investment Management
Lead the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities in residential properties and emerging sectors such as logistics and industrial parks positioning for longterm growth.
Oversee the full investment lifecycle from deal sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and implementation of residential development projects.
Drive business development efforts ensuring smooth and followup on residential investment deals.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies market research and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
Develop detailed business plans including financial models and strategic recommendations for Board approval.
Support strategic planning for residential projects within the investment portfolio.
Manage land acquisition processes regulatory approvals cash flow forecasting and asset performance reporting.
Portfolio Management
Oversee the company s diversified asset portfolio including residential office retail and serviced apartment properties.
Monitor and manage key project aspects such as timelines regulatory compliance budgets cash flow and return on investment.
Lead crossfunctional collaboration ensuring alignment across departments during project planning development and operations to optimize profitability and ROE.
Organize project control meetings and provide strategic recommendations to improve overall asset performance.
Develop longterm growth strategies for the company s asset portfolio.
Identify and secure external investment partners for private equity funds. Monitor assess and report on fund performance.
Others
Mentor and train junior team members in investment analysis and portfolio management.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety management systems including ISO 14001.
Bachelor s degree in Real Estate Finance or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in residential property investment and development with a solid understanding of property valuation methodologies.
Strong network with local investors and government authorities.
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with a strategic mindset.
Highly motivated proactive and businessoriented.
Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
