Your Role
- Execute Installation Qualification (IQ) Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) for cleaning validation processes.
- Conduct cleaning validation studies and generate the required documentation to ensure processes meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Develop review and approve cleaning validation protocols reports and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Work independently to identify analyze and troubleshoot issues related to cleaning processes and validation.
- Support the automation of cleaning validation processes where applicable utilizing appropriate technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform periodic reviews of cleaning validation procedures and documents to ensure they remain in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Ensure all activities are documented in accordance with GMP and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve cleaning procedures and resolve validationrelated issues.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of cleaning validation best practices industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in engineering Chemistry Biochemistry Life Sciences or a related field.
- 58 years of proven experience in cleaning validation preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Proficiency in the of IOQ (Installation Operational Qualification) processes.
- Strong understanding of cleaning validation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with automation systems is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation skills with experience in GMP environments.
- Experienced performing periodic reviews.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a positive attitude.
- Travel Required: At PSC Biotech many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country.
