Assisting in drafting divorce/custody documents (motions; petitions; judgments & decrees)2. Assisting in drafting estate planning documents3. Requirements
Must be experienced in the area of Family Law
Minimum of 5 years experience
Strong research and writing skills
Comfortable appearing for depositions
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be wellorganized
