Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly collaborative Senior Business Analyst Consultant with expertise in STARLIMS and other laboratory informatics tools join the CSols team. The successful candidate will play a key role in working alongside our client stakeholders business users and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and/or optimization of the STARLIMS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) across various STARLIMS verticals including Life Sciences Quality Manufacturing (QM) and Public Health. Experience with other LIMS and nonLIMS platforms is highly desirable as this role will contribute to crossfunctional discussions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CSols clients to analyze business processes and workflows while creating standard business analysis documentation (e.g. user/functional specifications) and ensuring alignment with team objectives and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to teamdriven solutions by designing configuring customizing and/or implementing STARLIMS v12 across multiple STARLIMS verticals including Life Sciences Quality Management and other industries while considering integration with other platforms.
- Provide training and knowledgesharing sessions and collaborate with client endusers to drive successful adoption by the client user community.
- Create wireframes and mockups using tools such as Balsamiq to facilitate client discussions on system design and user experience improvements and utilize ticketing systems such as JIRA to support project tracking and team coordination.
- Serve as a liaison between teams ensuring seamless communication between client business stakeholders internal and external technical teams and other 3rd party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as GMP GLP FDA guidelines (including 21 CFR Part 11 CLIA ISO GxP compliance supporting the collective responsibility between CSols and our clients for regulatory adherence.

Ultimately this candidate will contribute to CSols success by working collaboratively to bring valuable solutions to our clients while contributing to the continual improvement of how we operate.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Life Sciences or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of STARLIMS v12 experience across one or more STARLIMS verticals working within a teamoriented environment.
- Handson experience with configuring customizing and integrating STARLIMS v12 in various STARLIMS verticals with familiarity in other LIMS platforms such as LabWare LabVantage or SampleManager benefiting crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq to support collaborative system design discussions as well as proficiency using ticketing systems such as JIRA ensuring transparency and accountability in team projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration within diverse teams.
- Experience working in GxPcompliant environments and familiarity with CLIA ISO standards and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance contributing to a shared culture of regulatory excellence.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience contributing to implementation data migration validation and system upgrades specific to STARLIMS v12 across multiple STARLIMS verticals as well as crossplatform integrations.
- Understanding of industry best practices in laboratory informatics supporting a teamwide approach to optimization and collaboration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fastpaced multiproject environment where an entrepreneurial mindset brings collective success.
- CBAP certification
