We have an opportunity for a Logistics Assistant Manager to support the effectiveness of the daily operations and be responsible for line management of the logistics team.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
Supporting the effectiveness of daily operations management and development of logistics colleagues
Responsible for daily outbound and inbound operational directions impacting supply chain performance.
Working with head of logistics manager to develop operational strategy and planning
Working with a process led approach and actively liaise with other functional areas to improve operational performance.
Identify areas of under performance and act decisively to address these areas
What Were Looking for
3Year experience in a similar role
Retail logistics experience would be an advantage.
People Management experience
Strong IT skills including Excel
Experience with Navision would be an advantage.
Collaborative team approach
