Teamworx Recruitment is delighted to support our luxury retail client in hiring for this exciting Supply Chain & Procurement Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled supply chain professional to join a dynamic and growing business.
Ideal Candidate Profile Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
This endtoend supply chain role requires a professional with expertise in procurement demand planning supplier management and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have experience within FMCG luxury goods cosmetics or consumer goods manufacturing industries.
Experience & Industry Background
- 5 years of experience in supply chain procurement or operations management.
- Background in FMCG cosmetics luxury goods home fragrance or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Experience managing raw materials procurement (e.g. waxes essential oils packaging) and finished goods planning.
- Handson experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite.
Key Skills & Competencies
- EndtoEnd Supply Chain Management Capable of overseeing procurement production planning and inventory control.
- Supplier & Vendor Management Skilled in negotiating terms ensuring quality and maintaining relationships with subcontractors.
- Production & Demand Planning Experienced in analysing sales forecasts working with marketing teams and planning stock levels.
- Cost Optimization & Budgeting Ability to optimize costs while maintaining highquality standards.
- ERP & Data Analytics Proficient in using ERP systems for demand forecasting inventory tracking and production scheduling.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration Works effectively with Sales Marketing Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- ProblemSolving & Leadership Able to address supply chain challenges and drive efficiency improvements.

- DetailOriented & ProcessDriven Ensures stock accuracy and smooth production planning.
- Proactive & Strategic Thinker Anticipates potential stockouts and optimises supplier performance.
